Cozy Cottages perfect for 2! Overnight Rentals with Self Check-in Access. We offer 10 cottages 8 with Queen Beds and 2 with Twin beds. All are fully equipped with Air Conditioning and Heat, Cozy beds, Linens, Full Bathroom, Smart Tv's, Wi-Fi, Mini Refrigerator, Microwave, and Keurig. The cottages are 190 Square feet. Parking on premises is available. They're located only minutes away from The Ark in Williamstown, KY!
The Josephina Event Venue
Designed for every occasion from weddings and receptions to reunions. Our barn consists of a large main level and a upper mezzanine with wrought iron railing and beautifully stunning chandeliers. The barn is approximately 4,000 sq ft. with seating for 220 people! We provide all tables, chairs, and linens! Attached is a warming kitchen and his/her restrooms.
Prickly Pair Suites
Two Inn's right next to each other. The Everly Blu sleeps up to 6 guests. 2 Bedrooms Living room, Kitchen, 1 1/2 Bath, cable and Wi-Fi - the bedrooms are located upstairs.
The Elin sleeps up to 8 guests. 3 bedroom 2 bath Kitchen, Living-room 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom upstairs.
Jean La Beth Event Venue
A rustic yet elegant event venue combined into one place, attached to The Historic Hogan House. Champagne Crystal Chandeliers adorn the wood plank ceiling. Fieldstone and lumber drape the walls. The twinkling lights are sure to set the perfect atmosphere for your event. Complete with his/her restrooms and of course a warming kitchen!

Williamstown Marina & Dockside Pizza & Pub
Williamstown Lake is located in Grant County on Grassy Creek - 2 miles east of Williamstown. The lake was built in 1955 and opened to fishing in 1957. Williamstown Lake is a public 300 acre recreational lake and water reservoir. Public access is available for residents and visitors to enjoy the lake.
